M Dry Punch
Makes 8
- 350ml M DRY
- 230ml Manzanilla sherry
- 120ml dry orange curaçao
- 180ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 140ml citrus oleo-saccharum (lemon-grapefruit)
- 1/2 cucumber diced
- 10 dashes of aromatic bitters
- 470ml tonic
- 270ml pineapple juice
In a big bowl, mash the cucumber with a muddler. Add spirits & mixers (except for the bitters) and strain. Cover and refrigerate. Before serving, double strain it and place it in a punch bowl with ice. Add tonic, bitters and stir.
