  • 350ml M DRY
  • 230ml Manzanilla sherry
  • 120ml dry orange curaçao
  • 180ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 140ml citrus oleo-saccharum (lemon-grapefruit)
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 10 dashes of aromatic bitters
  • 470ml tonic
  • 270ml pineapple juice

In a big bowl, mash the cucumber with a muddler. Add spirits & mixers (except for the bitters) and strain. Cover and refrigerate. Before serving, double strain it and place it in a punch bowl with ice. Add tonic, bitters and stir.
